Junior Staff Accountant Location: Greenwich, CT - full-time onsite. Compensation: $55,000-$70,000 About the Company CFS has partnered with a growing privately held organization in Fairfield County. Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly Tasks: Treasury/Cash Processing - Post all cash movements and verify cash wired in and out are all posted. (Deal funding’s, weekly payments, payoffs to banks, payoff receipts from lessees or dealers, monthly cash flow from lessees Summarize Cash Balances. Prepare Daily Deposit from cash receipts. Post Credit Card transactions for payments pulled from lessee accounts. Generate and post all checks for: Vendor payments. Sales Tax payments. Personal property taxes to municipalities. Payoffs to banks on leases termed. Delinquent Rent Payments. Refunds to lessees for excess payments made (overlap at time of payoff). Billing Lease customers - Maintain the lease schedules and generate monthly invoices and record loan debt service payments. Keeping all Trial Balances up to date for the Bank. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance. 1-2+ years of experience in accounting. #LI-TM5 #LI-Onsite
