In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, staging, replenishing, and shipping materials throughout multiple areas of the facility using powered industrial equipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining production flow and operational efficiency, making safety, accuracy, and productivity essential to success. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced working in high-volume warehouse or manufacturing settings.Perks That DeliverSolid weekly pay that shows up on time no gamesMedical, dental, disability, and life insurance coverageOptional 401(k) to help you plan aheadA team that's got your back and a path to move upWhat You'll Need to Get the Job DoneMust have TRI LOADER experience (required)Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment, including tri-loaders and cherry pickersAbility to safely lift, move, and handle heavy materials throughout the shiftStrong understanding of shipping standards, regulations, and shipping class codesExperience identifying and resolving cross-system shipment processing issuesComfortable using warehouse and shipping software systems to process and troubleshoot shipmentsStrong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with team membersAdaptable and able to manage changing priorities in a physically demanding environmentResponsibilities:Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks safely and efficientlyPut away incoming freight and replenish materials for daily operationsSupply cardboard boxes, bags, and other materials to production departmentsTransport finished goods to designated shipping and staging areasOperate powered industrial equipment with frequent on-and-off equipment use throughout the shiftAccurately count, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or productionUse handheld RF scanners to track inventory and process materialsRead and verify Bills of Lading and resolve shipment discrepancies as neededFollow all company, federal, state, and local safety regulations and proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through regular housekeepingMeet department expectations for quality, productivity, and attendanceAssist with training and supporting new team members when neededPeople That Listen.
