In this highly visible role, you will lead all aspects of liability claims management across a fast-moving, nationwide transportation network. As the primary link between client and their insurance partners, TPAs, brokers, and internal teams, you'll ensure claims are resolved efficiently, fairly, and with the highest level of professionalism. A stable, growing, privately held company with a national footprint.Duties and responsibilities:Oversee claims assigned to adjusters and manage oversight of internally handled claims to closure. Work closely with claimants to control costs and resolve claims efficiently and fairly. Identify reserve changes, trends, risks, and provide insights to leadership. Coordinate with Operations on spills, contamination, thefts, and incident investigations. Work with Finance to ensure accurate reserves, costs, and subrogation activity. Help Safety ensure proper reporting, documentation, and compliance. Maintain weekly communication with injured employees under medical care. Oversee WC claims managed by TPAs. Lead claims reviews with internal teams and counsel. Provide regular reports on claim volumes, types, reserves, and outcomesExperience:5+ years of claims management experience (transportation/fleet a plus). Strong understanding of industry practices; fleet insurance familiarity preferred. Exceptional communication skills. High level of organization and attention to detail.
