Job Title: Armed Security Officer (All-Black Tactical Uniform) Company Overview: We are a professional security services firm dedicated to providing a strong, visible deterrent presence while maintaining the highest standards of safety, discipline, and professionalism. Position Summary We are seeking highly disciplined and experienced Armed Security Officers to conduct protective operations in full black tactical attire and gear. Officers will provide a commanding, professional presence while safeguarding personnel, property, and designated areas. This role requires exceptional situational awareness, sound judgment, and strict adherence to post orders—including media interaction policies. Key Responsibilities Conduct armed security operations in full black uniform and approved tactical gear. Maintain a highly visible deterrent presence at assigned locations. Control access points and verify credentials as required. Perform routine and random patrols (foot and/or vehicle). Monitor surveillance equipment and respond promptly to incidents. Enforce site-specific rules and post orders with professionalism. Prepare detailed incident and activity reports. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Follow strict directive: Do not engage, respond to, or interact with news media under any circumstances. All media inquiries must be referred to designated company or client representatives. Required Qualifications Valid state-issued Armed Security License (as applicable). Current firearms certification and proficiency documentation. Prior military, law enforcement, or armed security experience preferred. Clean background check and drug screening. Strong communication and de-escalation skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments. Physical capability to stand and patrol for extended periods. Professional Standards Maintain a sharp, professional appearance in full black tactical attire at all times while on duty. Demonstrate discipline, neutrality, and discretion. Exhibit zero tolerance for unprofessional conduct. Strict compliance with use-of-force policies and escalation protocols. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor assignments. Potential high-visibility or high-profile environments. May require flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
