In this role, you will work with a diverse population, providing high-quality speech and language services to enhance communication skills. You will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with various speech and language disorders.This position offers a flexible work schedule with competitive pay ranging from $80 to $85 per hour, making it an excellent opportunity for professional growth and collaboration with experienced colleagues.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities of patients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.Provide direct therapy services to improve communication and swallow functions.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, healthcare professionals, and families.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all patients.Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.RequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language PathologyCurrent state licensure or certification as a Speech Language PathologistPrevious experience working with a variety of age groups and communication disordersStrong assessment and diagnostic skillsExcellent oral and written communication abilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with technology and software used in speech-language therapyBenefitsThis is a 1099 positionPay: 80-85/hour35 hours per weekASHA fees and MA license reimbursedContinuing education provided
