Material HandlerLocation: Lenexa, KSShift: 2nd ShiftSchedule: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m., Monday-FridayAbout The OpportunityWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and tracking materials throughout the facility while supporting inventory accuracy, shipping operations, and production efficiency. This position plays an important role in maintaining workplace safety, food safety compliance, and efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You Will DoOperate motorized forklift trucks to move materials between warehouse storage and production areasOperate hand carts to deliver packages and materials to designated recipientsOperate man-up turret forklifts and work safely at heights exceeding 15 feetPerform computerized inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracyBale scrap film and corrugated packaging materials as neededManage and handle hazardous and universal waste in compliance with environmental regulationsMove and prepare hazardous waste containers for shipment in accordance with DOT and hazardous waste regulationsFollow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and meet OSHA safety requirementsComplete additional duties and projects as assigned by leadershipWhat You Have To Offer1+ year of warehouse experience preferredAbility to read a tape measureForklift certification required or ability to obtain certificationExperience operating industrial forklifts and standing lift trucks preferredBasic computer skills, including e-mail and inventory management systemsBasic math, reading, and writing skillsExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skillsWhat We Have To OfferGroup insurance (health, dental, life, disability, and travel)Immediately vested 401(k) with company matchPaid time offOnsite gym accessOpportunities for employee-involved decision-makingCollaborative environment where your contributions make a direct impactEmployee perks including supplier and service discounts#PILOT4
