Position: Plant AccountantCompensation: $ 160,000 - 190,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Tulsa, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Accountant to join their team!Join a dynamic team as a Plant Accountant in a leading manufacturing environment. If you have experience in manufacturing finance and are ready to make a significant impact, this opportunity is for you!Key Responsibilities & Duties:Serve as the primary finance partner to plant leadershipOwn plant forecasting and budgeting processesDeliver performance management and variance analysisDevelop and maintain plant KPI dashboardsStrengthen plant costing mechanics and margin visibilitySupport plant inventory performance and working-capital driversProvide finance support for plant capex planning and reportingLead cost reduction programs and engage with production teamsEnsure finance processes are SOX-compliantLead and develop a small plant finance teamRequired Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline8+ years of experience in manufacturing finance or related rolesExperience with plant costing and standard cost governanceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelNice to Have Skills & Experience:SAP proficiency (FI/CO and/or manufacturing-related modules)MBA, CPA, or CMA certificationExperience with digital reporting tools and BI toolsPerks & Benefits:This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.If you are interested in learning more about the Plant Accountant opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
