Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as per recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Support chefs and kitchen staff during service by preparing sauces, dressings, and other components. Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled according to safety guidelines. Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of shortages. Follow all health and safety regulations while handling kitchen equipment and food products. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
