Special Education Life Skills Aide (26-27)

Position available for the 2026-2027 School Year- 4 Day School WeekPrimary Purpose:Help meet physical and instructional needs of individual students with disabilities inside and outside classroom. Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEP), including self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs. Work under general supervision of principal and immediate direction of certified teacher.Education/Certification:Associate's degree, two years of study at an institution of higher learning, or have met formal academic assessmentas required by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)Valid Texas educational aide certificatePay Scale: AIS 3 - salary based on experience
