Industrial Electrical Technician
Job Description
Perform installation and maintenance for industrial electrical systems and equipment. Use appropriate tools and test equipment for diagnostics and repairs.Job Duties included but not limited toMaintain regular and reliable attendance.Lead projects for the installation of electrical systems and equipment.Correctly perform load calculations for feeder and branch circuit conductors, in accordance with the NEC – NFPA 70.Correctly perform load calculations for fuses and circuit breakers, in accordance with the NEC – NFPA 70.Correctly perform conduit sizing calculations, in accordance with the NEC – NFPA 70.Correctly perform motor load calculations, in accordance with the NEC – NFPA 70.Correctly perform transformer calculations, in accordance with the NEC – NFPA 70.Comply with safety procedures including Lock Out Tag Out.Any activity that is required to maintain ISO certification.Perform other duties as required.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
