Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a part-time Retail Clerk for our outlet store in Mansfield, Ohio. This position will work between 16-19 hours at $13.70/hr.Responsibilities:Greet customers, maintain knowledge of products, and help with the selection of merchandiseCommunicate information regarding product availability, ingredients and nutritional informationAnswer the telephone in a pleasant mannerHandle cash and credit card transactions effectivelyMaintain appearance of the store by cleaning, arranging merchandise, and restocking shelves when neededParticipate in counting store’s inventoryOrganize merchandise pricing, signage, and codingEnsure stock levels on the sale floors are maintained continuallyUphold predefined customer service standardsReact to all concerns of customers quickly and with a sense of importanceRequirements:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust pass a computerized testMust be able to work weekendsWell-versed in operating cash registers and credit card machinesMust have some experience with suggestive selling merchandiseAble to operate basic functions of a laptopMust be able to stand for long periods of timeHave good verbal and written communication skillsBe able to prioritizeRetail experience preferred**Please note that this job profile is not meant to be all inclusive of the responsibilities of this position; individuals may perform other duties as assigned or required.**Additional RequirementsSchwebel’s will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
