Python Engineer

Python EngineerLocation: Must live in DFW or near Costa Mesa, CA. Role will be mostly remote, but individuals will need to be close to one of the offices above for quarterly in-person meetingsDuration: 12+ Months Contract2 Video Interviews, then the final round will be in personJob Description Candidates MUST have real-time engineering experienceNeed Python Engineers with real-time engineering experienceThe challenge is that with this language, they could sometimes see individuals using Python in infrastructureThey see lots of resumes are DevOps/Data Engineers --- this is not what they want to seeMust have Python API Engineering experience (product development)Need really good coding skills/app engineering backgroundTech stack: AWS, Fargate, Kafka, S3, SageMaker, Dynamo or Aurora, PySparkWill not be building databasesThey mostly used Dynamo and AuroraOpen to other MQ tools outside of Kafka, but Kafka is a preferenceMust be ready to come in and hit the ground running; there will be no handholdingNeed to be a team player & be prepared to take ownership
