Twin Lakes is rated BBB by the Fitch Ratings agency and is in search of its next Chief Financial Officer.Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Board, the next CFO of Twin Lakes Community will have primary responsibility for managing the financial affairs of TLC, including its finance, treasury, banking, accounting, auditing, budgeting and financial reporting activities. In addition, the CFO manages the purchasing department for the organization. A focus on mission and on the future of TLC and senior living, as well as the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and align financial goals with strategy are essential attributes of the next CFO.
