The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and optimizing scalable backend applications using Java/J2EE, REST APIs, distributed systems, and enterprise technologies. The candidate should have strong expertise in application design, performance optimization, code quality, and delivering scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development. Strong experience developing Microservices architectures and RESTful APIs. Experience building scalable backend applications and distributed systems. Proficiency in Oracle Database and writing complex SQL queries. Experience with cloud-native application development using AWS or Azure. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry). Strong understanding of software design principles including SOLID, DRY, and Single Responsibility Principle. Experience working with modern technologies including NiFi, NATS, Kafka, Zookeeper, Splunk, Redis, Cassandra, and Oracle. Experience driving end-to-end development activities, conducting code reviews, developing test strategies, and resolving operational issues. Strong experience in performance optimization and implementing best practices for efficient, scalable code. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to enterprise application development. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
