Payout is based on attendance and performance. What will be expected of me? Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires. Promotes teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers. Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to this position, i.e., production reports, accurate time keeping, etc. Monitors product constantly to ensure that quality standards are being met. What’s required? Must be 18 years of age Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to work well with others Standing and moving around the plant for long periods of time Attention to detail What’s my schedule? (Monday - Friday), 5:00 am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday), 3:30pm-2:00am - Nights Night shift - 12% shift differential Three 12-hour shifts (Friday-Sunday), 5:00am-5:30pm - Weekends Weekend shift - 20% shift differential Opportunity for overtime on all shifts What Benefits will I receive (full-time only)?
