Responsibilities:Frontend Development:Design and develop user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.Write clean, well-structured, and efficient JavaScript code.Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast and responsive user experiences.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.Backend Development:Develop robust backend APIs using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.Integrate with various data sources, including databases (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and web services.Implement security best practices to protect sensitive user data.Optimize backend performance for scalability and reliability.Full-Stack Development:Work seamlessly between frontend and backend development.Understand the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.Problem-Solving:Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.Develop innovative solutions to challenging problems.Stay up-to-date with the latest JavaScript technologies and trends.Required Skills and Experience:Strong Proficiency in JavaScript:Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+).Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3.Backend Development:Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, etc.).Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).Understanding of RESTful API design and development.Frontend Development:Experience with modern frontend development tools and libraries (Webpack, Babel, etc.).Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Problem-Solving and Debugging:Ability to debug complex issues and find effective solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication and Teamwork:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Continuous Learning:Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.Preferred Skills:Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.).Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).Experience with serverless architectures.Understanding of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).
