Utility Worker

Utility Worker Transdev in Colorado Springs, CO is hiring a Utility Worker. The Utility Worker is required to perform basic vehicle servicing duties. We are looking for customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.Transdev is proud to offer:Competitive compensation package of minimum $16.00/hr Maximum $16.55/hr.Benefits include:Vacation: minimum of 80 hoursSick days: Employees will accrue paid sick leave at a rate that complies with Colorado law, up to 48 hours per year.Holidays: 64 hours; 32 floatingOther standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.*Benefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.Key Responsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles - interior and exteriorDriving, maneuvering, and parking vehiclesFueling buses, replenishing fluids, and logging and recording all fluidsDownloading drive cameras & probes fare boxesPerform light maintenance to shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities.Report maintenance issues to supervisorOther duties as required.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license for a minimum of 3 yearsMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.Physical Requirements:Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.Frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfacesPush and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground levelWithstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
