We partner with local universities for Level II Fieldwork Clinical Instructor opportunities (occupational therapy). Role Overview This is a fully home and community-based position. Therapists work with families in natural environments including homes, daycares, and schools. Caseloads may be a combination of early intervention and/or privately insured clients covering ages 0-18, though the majority of our cases are 0-8 years. Role includes: Provide developmentally appropriate play-based, family-centered therapy Maintain relationships and clear communication with caregivers and team members Complete documentation and billing within 48 hours Perform evaluations, write assessments, and develop collaborative goals focused on family priorities and functional needs. Develop thoughtful and engaging intervention activities Participate in IFSP meetings and team collaboration as needed Participate in mentorship or case collaboration, as indicated. Other Details: Full-time W2 Employee or Contract positions available, paid biweekly Caseload: Minimums determined by position type, flexible schedule. Most full time therapists see 27-29 clients/week. Location: Chicago and surrounding areas, therapist has full discretion in determining service areas.
