Graphic Artist Lead

Responsibilities Position Responsibilities Monitor the graphic artist team's workload to ensure daily goals and schedules are met, promoting productivity Serve as the main contact for receiving new artwork and efficiently disseminating it to the graphic artist team Update the job tracker throughout the day to provide visibility into the team's workload and project status Address inquiries from field teams regarding print requests, artwork usage, and bulk submissions to ensure smooth operations Coordinate activities between graphic artists and print production to enhance alignment and efficiency Research customer requests and present recommendations and potential solutions to the department manager Other projects or duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 4 years of related experience, including freelance experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience Knowledge and ease of use for MS Office Suite and graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat); ONYX Poster Shop a plus Proficient with PCs and MACs, file hierarchy, naming conventions, file types/formats and conversion factors (raster to vector; bitmap to GIF, TIF, PNG, etc.).
