Job Description:Join Our Team as a Cardiologist in Brattleboro, Vermont! We are seeking a dedicated Staff MD Cardiologist for a full-time outpatient role in Brattleboro, Vermont. Enjoy a supportive clinical environment with no call obligations and the backing of a strong referral network.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient noninvasive cardiology care in a clinical practice setting.Manage a patient panel in collaboration with one physician and two Advanced Practice Providers.Perform and interpret EKGs for diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning.Conduct ambulatory cardiac monitoring and interpret results.Perform transthoracic echocardiography (TTE).Potential to perform nuclear stress testing and stress echocardiography.Opportunity for device management (preferred skill set, not required).Coordinate care with referral centers for inpatient and advanced cardiovascular needs.Maintain high-quality patient safety, documentation, and diagnostic accuracy.Participate in a structured weekday clinic schedule (general medical office hours).Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical and administrative staff across specialties.Not accepting visa candidatesNot open to LOCUM or LOCUM to PERM candidatesNot accepting new grads with less than 1 year's experienceNot open to candidates who plan to work this job in conjunction with another positionQualificationsBoard certified or board eligible in Cardiology.Current Vermont License (or willingness to obtain if applicable).Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and treat conditions.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.DEA license.License and Certification RequirementsValid Vermont medical license.Valid Vermont DEA license.Board certification or eligibility in appropriate governing body.CPR for Healthcare Providers.
