Senior Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to find a Sr Financial Analyst / Cost Accountant who will play a critical role in financial planning, cost analysis, and operational performance insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and influencing business decisions through data.What You’ll Do:Lead monthly forecasting and weekly financial updatesAnalyze operational and financial performance, including manufacturing variancesMonitor key cost drivers such as raw materials, labor, and overheadPerform inventory analysis, account reconciliations, and journal entriesSupport budgeting processes and track departmental KPIsEnsure SOX compliance and assist with internal/external auditsDeliver insights on pricing, cost, and profitability to leadershipReport monthly financial results to corporate stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field2+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis (manufacturing environment preferred)Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial reportingAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisionsStrong communication skills and ability to partner across functionsAdvanced Excel skills; ERP systems experience (Epicor, Oracle, Hyperion) a plusAdditional Details:Must be a U.S. person (ITAR requirement)Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
