ELAR Lower School Teacher
First Baptist Academy, serving students infant through eighth grade, is seeking a Lower School Teacher. FBA teachers exemplify specific characteristics of professional excellence to support FBA’s vision, mission, core values, and strategic goals. Work diligently in curriculum planning, implementing instruction, and executing effective classroom management techniques for elementary-aged students.Comprehensive Personalization – Provide diverse learning opportunities tailored to the unique strengths, interests, and challenges of students. Utilize effective small group instruction and literacy/math workstations and integrate technology applications.Collective Collaboration – Engage in collective efforts with team members to attain shared goals for the benefit of the students.
