Lead ServiceNow IRM Engineer (Hybrid – NYC / Lehigh Valley, PA / Central NJ | USC / GC Only)

We’re partnered with a large, established insurance and financial services organization undergoing a multi-year transformation from Archer to ServiceNow IRM.They are hiring a hands-on IRM expert to take ownership of the platform post-implementation and scale it across the enterprise.What you’ll do:• Own ServiceNow IRM end-to-end (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit)• Take the platform from implementation to production and ongoing scale• Expand into BCM and TPRM modules• Lead migration from Archer (legacy GRC platform)• Build integrations using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripted REST APIs• Partner with risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and data teams• Set technical direction and standards (lead role without direct reports)Required experience:• 8+ years of ServiceNow / enterprise SaaS experience• Recent, hands-on ServiceNow IRM implementation (end-to-end)• Experience with BCM and/or TPRM• Strong platform fundamentals (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, data model, ACLs)• Background in regulated environments (insurance, financial services, healthcare)• Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholdersNon-negotiables:• U.S. Citizen or Green Card only (no H1B / OPT)• Must be onsite 3 days per week in NYC, Lehigh Valley (PA), or Central NJ• Must be able to step into a live implementation and take ownership
