We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment for our clients. Job Summary:Sustain Recovery is seeking qualified individuals to provide direct care and transportation for our outpatient clients. This position combines client support with safe driving responsibilities. Staff will assist clients with daily living, provide transportation to and from appointments, and support overall mental health and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct care and support to clients in an outpatient setting Safely transport clients to and from the outpatient facility and other appointments as needed Monitor and assist with clients’ mental health needs Document client interactions, progress, and transportation activities Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment at all times Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure coordinated care Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older Must be able to be covered under company insurance Prior experience in mental health or related behavioral health field preferred Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a Live Scan background check (FBI, DOJ, and Child Abuse Index clearance) Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Physical Requirements: Ability to assist clients with mobility and daily living tasks as needed Ability to safely operate a vehicle for client transport Compensation & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Part-time with potential for full-time hours Transportation to and from the outpatient facility provided How to Apply:Please submit inquiries or resumes to Pam at pam@sustainerecovery.com.
