Bookkeeper

BookkeeperThe bookkeeper will be responsible for managing the company's day to day financial operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice payments, and inventory tracking. This role requires someone dependable and detail oriented who can maintain accurate records and help ensure smooth financial operations.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a small office setting. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage both bookkeeping and inventory related responsibilities are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Manage day to day bookkeeping and financial recordsPay invoices and track company expensesPerform reconciliations and maintain accurate accountsMonitor and control inventory levelsMaintain organized financial documentationSupport general office and administrative operations as neededQualifications:Prior bookkeeping experience requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with reconciliations and invoice managementComfortable handling inventory monitoring and trackingAbility to work independently in a small office environmentStrong communication and basic computer skillsLocation: Lakewood, NJType: Full time, in office (95 with flexibility)Salary: $30$35/hour
