Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a Controller to serve as the senior financial leader at one of our aerospace manufacturing sites. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner directly with the Site VP/GM and leadership team to guide strategy, strengthen financial performance, and drive operational insight across the business.

Salary Range: $140,000 – $190,000 (DOE)
Bonus: Up to 15% annual bonus potential '

What You’ll Do
As Controller, you’ll lead the site’s financial organization while partnering cross-functionally to improve performance, strengthen controls, and support smart decision-making.
Financial Leadership & Business Partnership
Lead Accounting, Finance, A/R, A/P, IT, and Procurement functions at the site
Serve as a strategic partner to the Site VP/GM and operations leaders
Align financial planning with operational strategy and performance goals
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team while strengthening digital financial capabilities
Help integrate people, processes, systems, and analytics to support site initiatives
Financial Close & Reporting Excellence
Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Deliver accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Lead variance analysis and communicate insights that drive action
Prepare and present the monthly Business Unit Review (BUR)
Build dashboards and KPI reporting that support operational decision-making
Audit, Compliance & Controls
Lead coordination of the annual external audit
Maintain a strong internal control environment
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards
Promote financial discipline and transparency across the organization
Operational Finance & Analytics
Analyze operational performance to identify profitability improvements
Oversee inventory valuation, physical inventory processes, and standard costing
Challenge cost assumptions to improve product-level margin visibility
Leverage ERP enhancements, BI tools, and reporting automation to deliver actionable insights
Planning, Forecasting & Capital Strategy
Lead development of the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts
Partner with operations and sales to ensure accurate, data-driven assumptions
Manage the annual CapEx planning process
Forecast site-level cash performance on a weekly cadence
Align financial planning with long-term business strategy and execution accountability
What Makes You a Strong Fit
We’re looking for a finance leader who combines technical accounting strength with operational curiosity and strategic influence.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance
CPA strongly preferred
8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
3+ years in a Controller or senior finance leadership role
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, FASB, and external audit processes
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and BI/reporting platforms
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
Experience building and developing high-performing teams
Confidence partnering with non-financial leaders across operations
