This person will become part of the Configuration Management Team within the Supply Chain Function.

Primary Responsibilities
The Change Implementation Leader 1 plays a crucial role in the organization's Configuration Management and is responsible for the integrated implementation activities of approved changes. The Change Process is used to release new product and all product improvements. Successful implementation of changes, while conforming to defined requirements, is paramount to the long-term success of the enterprise. This individual aids in the implementation efforts by understanding all of the down-stream activities, organizing and communicating tasks, creating achievable implementation plans, and managing workload need based on change priority. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Review all Change Notices for conflicting changes, different implementation timing or priority and overall complete and accurate.
Support change owner in ensuring the successful execution of each approved Change Notice
Work with Planning and other departments to establish an implementation date for each full track Change Notice.
Establish schedule of any tasks within implementation plan.
Ensure Change Notice implementation plan includes all dependencies, critical paths and activities associated with the work to be done.
Schedule the Change Review Board meetings twice weekly.
Provide meeting agenda in advance
Lead the Change Implementation Board Meetings to gain full approval of each full track change implementation plan.
Track and monitor status of all active Change Notices until fully implemented.
Edit implementation dates in ERP as needed when factors in the plan must change.
Track and advance items at various implementation statuses to help move them to final disposition.
Required Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
CM2-A Certified
3-5 years of experience in Configuration Management or Change Management
Effective communication and conflict resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related
Master's Certificate Project Management
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Familiarity with Agile and SAP
