Position: Store Manager Responsibilities: As our Store Manager you will be steering the ship towards success. Your responsibilities will include: Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of talented automotive technicians. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in all automotive repairs and services. Implement and enforce best practices to optimize service quality. Team Development: Identify training needs and provide development opportunities for team members. Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure the team's skillset remains cutting-edge. Requirements: Proven experience in automotive repair and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
