EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Job TitleJob Description Advises senior executives and Division Directors on manning, corporate governance, metrics, and business process improvements. Manages tight-deadline responses to directives, high-visibility suspense items, and Congressional inquiries, providing guidance to GS-15 Division Directors Applies advanced analytical techniques to streamline workflow and workforce management. Leads high-priority, highly sensitive projects that shape long-range goals, operational policies, and organizational restructuring. Facilitates critical data exchange, communication, and reporting between the J6 staff, DISA, and other DoD entities. Ensures senior executives are fully briefed on pending actions, controversial issues, and policy commitments. Develops standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and written policies to ensure operational continuity. Monitors the records management program and leverages task management software to optimize administrative support across all J6 activities. Oversees administrative services, supply budgets, and the Defense Travel System (DTS) for J6 Senior Leadership. Serves as the central point of contact for administrative inquiries, independently resolving most issues. Coordinates executive travel, complex calendars, and high-level meeting arrangements.
