Nurse Practitioner Baltimore, MD Pay From: $65 per hour MUST: 2+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Must have a valid NP or PA License in MD Must have experience working in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care ACLS DUTIES: The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Evaluate patients, obtaining complete health history Perform physical exam Gives medical advice and provides crisis intervention by telephone Establish medical diagnosis Prescribe drugs in collaboration with a licensed Physician Perform various diagnostic procedures Order diagnostic tests Refer patients to appropriate licensed Physicians or other health care providers Establish therapeutic or corrective measures as related to specific illness Coordinate care with specialty clinics, Physicians, and social agencies on behalf of the patient Record and maintain patient records Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
