Corporate Controller (Cecil)

Our client is a fast-growing, international company that is looking for a Controller to oversee the finance and accounting for a large portion of the company footprint. The ideal candidate with have the ability to partner with operations and financial leadership to build out best practices and help steer the company through a period of substantial growth.In addition to corporate accounting leadership experience, someone who has M&A and/or technical accounting would be a plus.ResponsibilitiesOversee the annual budgeting process and the preparation and distribution of the monthly reports on budgetsIdentify opportunities to improve financial and operational systems and cost effectivenessManage the annual audit processConduct financial analysis and calculate operating metricsOversight of month, quarter, year-end close for multiple entitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in AccountingCPA preferred10+ years of accounting experienceHighly organized with excellent attention to detail
