Apply via Dice today!About this Role:Position: Sr. Technology Designer / Technology Project ManagerLocation: San Bernardino, CaliforniaJob Type: Full time - HybridWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented " Sr. Technology Designer / Technology Project Manager ".Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Technology Designer / Technology Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering team in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role involves designing and managing technology systems across multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Design and engineer systems including telecommunications, electronic security, audiovisual, network, Wi-Fi, and related technologiesPrepare drawings, specifications, contract documents, and design calculations using AutoCAD and RevitConduct job site inspections to assess project progress and existing conditionsManage multiple projects (10+ simultaneously) and ensure timely deliveryCoordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on project requirementsResearch technical product information and ensure compliance with codes and standardsSupport team development, process improvements, and knowledge sharingRequired Qualifications:5 15 years of experience in Technology Engineering / Project ManagementProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam StudioExperience handling full project lifecycle (Schematic Design to Close-Out)Strong knowledge of California Building Codes and National Electrical Code (NEC)Excellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:10+ years of experience in a similar roleEIT/PE License or progress toward certificationRCDD or CSI (CDT) certificationExperience with security systems, audiovisual systems, DAS, Wi-Fi, and related technologiesExperience working with government agency requirementsMentorship experience and leadership capabilities
