Job Title: X-Ray Supervisor Location: Berlin, VT 05602 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Salary Range: $87,380 – $131,081 (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the X-ray department, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care Lead, mentor, and evaluate X-ray technologists and support staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards, including radiation safety protocols Coordinate staffing schedules, training, and performance improvement initiatives Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an X-ray Technologist At least two (2) years of experience as a Lead Technologist or Radiology Supervisor Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Participation in ACR accreditation activities Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Life Insurance Retirement Plan Job Type: Full-time Pay: $87,380.00 - $131,081.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Application Question(s): What is your preferred email ID?
