This position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and extensive menu knowledge to confidently describe each dish, including modifications, upon delivery. Food Runners contribute to smooth service flow by supporting timely service, maintaining presentation standards, and assisting with table maintenance throughout the dining experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests, accurately identifying each dish and verifying order details and modificationsMaintain clear and consistent communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth service flowEnsure all food is served at the appropriate temperature and in accordance with presentation standardsSupport table maintenance by assisting with clearing and resetting dishes and utensils as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all health and safety regulationsProactively anticipate the needs of Servers, kitchen staff, and guests during serviceQualificationsPrevious experience in a fine-dining or full-service restaurant environment preferredStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to follow verbal instructions provided in English and assist with guest needs or concernsAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand for the duration of assigned shifts and lift, push, or pull up to 35 poundsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
