DescriptionThe prestigious New York Athletic Club, one of the world's premier private clubs, founded in 1868 located on Central Park South in Manhattan is seeking a Ladies Locker Floor Attendant. The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of professionalism and customer services for our members and guests. They are responsible for the designated locker rooms, as well as taking care of other locations and tending to the needs of the members and guests. They oversee keeping the locker rooms, steam room and restrooms clean, stocked, and fresh at all times. This includes restocking all items used, as well as vacuuming, and keeping the showers clean. Locker room attendants should be knowledgeable of Club services, features, upcoming events. RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.Cleans mirrors and counter tops. Cleans and sanitize the rest rooms, showers and steam room. Make sure there is ample supply of towels on the shelves, at all times. Restock shelves with towels. Clean the front and top of the lockers. Stocks and restocks amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and grooming items. Wipe down all the benches. Answer phone and take accurate messages. Check in members valuables.
