Seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage a residential home for young adults with lived experience of mental health and developmental trauma. Responsibilities include program treatment implementation, supervision of direct support professionals, and oversight of program administrative processes. The Program Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and overall management of the home. The Program Manager is also responsible for monitoring the operations of the home including compliance with licensing and accrediting organizations, program policy and procedure implementation, and oversight of all residential responsibilities. Requirements: Ideal candidate will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in mental health treatment, substance use disorder, and residential services management. Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, counseling, or related field with an emphasis on mental health treatment is strongly preferred. Three years’ experience in mental health treatment and or human service related field with a focus on 24-hour residential treatment preferred.
