Chick-fil-A Leland FOH/ BOH Shift Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front or Back of House Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in food service management. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our drive-thru or kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. You will lead by example, fostering a positive work environment and supporting your team in delivering exceptional service.Duties* Oversee daily drive-thru, front counter or kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.* Assist in managing kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.* Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru or kitchen area, including equipment and storage.* Monitor food costs and assist in budgeting for the kitchen department.Requirements* Previous experience in a leadership role within a restaurant setting is preferred.* Strong knowledge of food management practices, including safety regulations.* Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.* Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.* Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant management is an asset.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.Join our team as a Front or Back of House Shift Leader where you can grow your career while making a significant impact on our operations!Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
