This position requires a customer-centric professional who thrives in an on-site role. Daily tasks include engaging with potential customers, conducting consultations, preparing estimates, closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals while representing the company with integrity and professionalism.QualificationsMust be currently active in roofing salesExperience with retail or insurance (we can cross-train)Understand inspections, claims process, and full sales cycleSelf-sufficient and competitiveWilling to work 40 to 60 hours per weekAble to operate independently (1099 role)
