Preferred Qualifications: Early Childhood Degree Pursuing Early Childhood degree or CDA GED Company Requirements: Currently working in a daycare / pre-school or have recently Love children Be a team player Neat and well groomed appearance Have excellent people, verbal and written communication skills Have excellent organizational skills Pass state and company required background checks Have basic social media / technology acumen Position Responsibilities Lead teachers: Create and execute interactive/hand on lesson plans & sensory activities based on classroom age and observations Execute activities and projects based on the respective lesson plan Create a happy, positive and fun environment for students and teachers Manage the day to day operations of your classroom (teacher jobs, circle time, art time, diaper changing etc) Communicate with parents on the daily activities, progress and milestones via our mobile app Run weekly meetings with your teachers to go over plan for the week Manage classroom schedule Assistant Teachers: Assist lead teacher in with implementing the day to day lesson plan and activities Create & maintain a happy, positive and fun environment Assist in the day to day operations of your classroom (circle time, art time, diaper changing etc) Assist in the communication with parents on the daily activities, progress and milestones via our mobile app Take pictures throughout the day to share in end of day daily report Substitute Teacher Assist lead & assistant teachers in implementing with the day to day lesson plans and activities Create & maintain a happy, positive and fun environment teacher, child care, preschool teacher, lead teacher, daycare, education Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Please visit www.thetreehouses.org to see our school Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
