Shift Manager
The Shift Manager is a full-time supervisory role responsible for the daily restaurant operations, including hiring, training, directing team activities, and ensuring compliance with policies, customer satisfaction, team morale, and sales/profit goals.Key responsibilities include managing profitability through planning, cash control, cost of sales, and labor; maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, resolving complaints, and ensuring food quality; leading people by motivating staff, managing performance, training, and staffing; implementing marketing initiatives; overseeing facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety; and handling administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, and reporting.Qualifications include a flexible schedule, valid driver’s license, ability to work under stress, physical agility, and good communication skills. The role involves frequent travel, working extended hours, and maintaining high standards in all aspects of restaurant management.
