Defines the architecture target state of their product and drives achievement of the strategy.Executes creative data architecture solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions and break down technical problems.Provides guidance to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities.Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration.Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements.Manages stakeholder relationships and the team’s work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements.Creates a culture of , equity, , and respect for the team members and prioritizes diverse representation.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years development experience in Java / J2EE Web application design and development.Experience with Spring MVC and Spring BOOT Framework.Development experience using UI Technologies - HTML, VTL, XSL, JavaScript, AJAX, Angular JS, React, Bootstrap. In-depth knowledge in Big Data Technologies including - Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hbase, Impala, Restful services.Experience leading technology projects.Experience managing technologists.Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods.Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsExperience working at code levelKnowledge of cloud based technologies – AWS, Cloud Foundry, Google CloudPlatform are an added advantagePrior experience with Regulatory and Compliance applications is desirable Debugging, profiling and tuning applications’ performance About UsJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
