Licensed Clinician (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC) – Youth Trauma Residential ProgramHayward, CA (Full-Time, On-site)Licensed Clinician – Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) Location : Hayward, CA (100% In-Person & On-Site)Employment Type : Full-TimeMake a Real Difference Every Single DayA rapidly growing nonprofit in the Bay Area is expanding its clinical team and seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide direct trauma-informed care in a 6-bed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) serving youth with complex trauma histories - including violence, exploitation, and family instability.This is not a desk job . You'll be embedded directly in the residential program, working hands-on with youth, families, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver stabilization, healing, and long-term success. If you're a licensed clinician who wants meaningful, mission-driven work with youth who need you most, this role lets you see the impact of your clinical skills every day.The Role: As the primary clinical provider for the STRTP, you will carry a focused caseload of approximately six youth while supporting the broader clinical needs of the program.
