Micromobility Technician & Fleet Operations Specialist

We’re creating Atlanta’s next-generation micromobility hub—connecting people to e-bikes, secure infrastructure, rentals, mobility services, and urban transportation solutions.Technician & Fleet Operations Specialist who enjoys working on bikes, solving problems, and helping keep a growing fleet of e-bikes operating at a high level.What You’ll Do* Diagnose, service, and repair customer bicycles and e-bikes* Perform preventative maintenance on our rental and private fleet bikes* Manage fleet readiness, battery charging, inspections, and deployment* Track inventory, parts, tools, and maintenance schedules* Support bike valet and micromobility operations during events and activations* Assemble new bikes and prepare units for delivery* Maintain service records and fleet performance data* Deliver an exceptional customer experience for riders, commuters, visitors, and corporate partnersWhat We’re Looking For* Experience repairing bicycles and/or e-bikes* Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills* Comfortable using technology and mobile apps* Organized and detail-oriented* Ability to lift and move bicycles safely* Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment* Passion for urban mobility, cycling, sustainability, and transportation innovationBonus Skills* E-bike certification or industry experience* Fleet management experience* Experience with bike share, scooter share, rental fleets, or micromobility operations* Knowledge of Bosch, Shimano, Bafang, Velotric, Magnum, Lectric, or similar systems
