This roleinvolves working closely with other hardware engineers, softwareengineers, and product teams to deliver high-functioning electricalsolutions for residential and power products. This role follows a hybridschedule, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Kohler, Wisconsin. SpecificResponsibilities: \* Contribute to new product design and sustaining ofanalog, digital, RF and mixed signal electronic circuit designs forresidential power systems. \* Collaborate with cross functional teams toexecute development tasks board validation. \* Conduct hardwarefunctional, environmental, and lifecycle validation to ensurereliability and performance. \* Contribute to product safety, EMC, andenvironmental compliance efforts. \* Participate in electrical hardwarereviews and contribute to continuous improvement of product anddevelopment processes. \* Support hardware troubleshooting duringproduct development and testing. \* Document electrical system designand implementation details. \* Use standard electronics laboratory toolsincluding oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DMM to analyze, debug anddocument proper operation of electronic circuits and systems. \*Occasional development of custom electrical equipment for specializedfeatures or functions. \* Collaborate in developing electrical hardwaredevelopment tasks, project timelines and budgets.
