Job Summary
Alys Beach is seeking a Guest Services Specialist who will be responsible for guest and homeowner services which includes Concierge, Front Office, and Reservations. They will direct, implement, and maintain a service philosophy that adheres to the Alys Beach brand.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome owners and guests in accordance with the Alys Beach service standards
Maintain proper operation of telephone and adhere to the Alys Beach service standards
Answer owner and guest inquiries about services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, entertainment, hours of operation, etc.
Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within Alys Beach
Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
Develop relationships with owners and guests to provide personalized service
Attend to guest comments verbally and written to ensure proper attention to follow-up
Adhere to all service standards for Guest Services
Participate in and support Resort and company efforts toward sustainability and environmental initiatives as part of the company program
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in a customer service role
Ability to perform basic math functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Essential Job Functions

May require sitting for long periods of time in an office environment
May require lifting of up to 30 pounds
Preferred Skills
Experience in a luxury resort environment
Experience in key rooms division capacities
Knowledge of Alys Beach and local competitive markets
Knowledge of TRACK property management system
