Experts Who Care.About The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Analyst Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the review, setup, and validation of healthcare contracts. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts and project teams, learning how private insurance and government contracts are interpreted, loaded, and managed within our systems.This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to healthcare analytics, contract operations, and client support in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.Responsibilities:Assist with reviewing and entering contract rates and terms using Excel and internal systemsSupport contract setup, validation, and discrepancy identificationShadow analysts on client renewals and new implementationsAttend team meetings and project calls to learn workflows and client interactionConduct basic research on reimbursement methodologies and payer guidelinesHelp document processes, issues, and system enhancement requestsProvide support to analysts and Account Managers on contract-related questionsAssist with tracking production, status updates, and reportingParticipate in quality checks to ensure accuracy of contract dataFollow all company procedures and HIPAA compliance requirementsQualifications & RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred)Strong interest in healthcare, data analysis, or contract operationsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to learn quickly and ask thoughtful questionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience working with healthcare contracts and reimbursement modelsExposure to real client projects and cross-functional teamsTraining in data analysis, validation techniques, and contract management systemsMentorship from experienced analysts and leadersA strong foundation for a full-time role in healthcare analytics, consulting, or operationsWhy Join PMMCPMMC offers a dynamic, growth-focused environment where innovation and teamwork drive success.
