This role is critical in ensuring efficient turnaround times while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Perform aircraft marshalling, loading/unloading of baggage and cargo, and pushback supportOperate ground support equipment (GSE) including belt loaders, baggage tractors, and GPUsConduct safety inspections, including FOD checks and aircraft walk-aroundsService aircraft systems (lavatory and potable water) in compliance with hygiene standardsVerify load accuracy and communicate with operations controlSupport crew transportation and ramp coordination activitiesQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience operating ground support equipment and/or in logistics, cargo, or warehouse environments preferredValid driver's license requiredBasic English proficiencyKey Competencies:Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety proceduresAbility to work effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environmentsTeam-oriented mindset with excellent non-verbal communication skillsPhysical ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWork Environment: This is a fully outdoor, physically demanding role within a 24/7 operation, requiring flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.Join Vita Aera and be part of a dynamic aviation team where safety, precision, and teamwork drive every operation.
