You'll coordinate logistics for high-profile engagements and support governance activities, while managing multiple responsibilities and priorities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for the interim Co-CEOs
Draft executive correspondence and strategic communications
Coordinate travel and logistics for key events
Facilitate all aspects of executive meetings
Support Board coordination and governance tasks
Requirements
2+ years assisting a senior executive
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Proven discretion in managing confidential information
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Non-profit sector experience preferred
