Program Manager

Job Description: • Lead specific client Conversion and IT projects that span print platform and facility operations • Enforcing collaborative thinking and execute across different delivery teams • Project plans, RAID Log, Issues Mgmt, and status reporting – manage dependencies and critical path • Define/coordinate testing – input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc) • Navigate ambiguity and force actions • Strategic – engage with solutions and participate in the definition • Dot connector – bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place • Execution – orchestrate complex actions across multiple teams to ensure the clients expectations are being met • Tolerance for change
