Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARYThis position is responsible for ensuring that any customer issues are resolved satisfactorily within the parameters of Para’s policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and identify problemsWork internally with various departments as necessary to resolve customer issuesFollow up with customers to ensure al issues are resolved satisfactorilyProvide support for customers, agents and outside sales representativesCover the Sales Order Entry function as necessaryQualify sales opportunities, price and availability checks, sales quoting and outbound sales callsData entry and various administrative support responsibilities QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
